We operate as a partnership that is registered with HMRC and regulated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Our partners come from different accounting and taxation backgrounds with extensive experience in providing specialist tax planning, tax/accounting compliance and business advice. We have worked in various services and manufacturing sectors and by virtue of our experience have dealt with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra high Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
We cater from small businesses to offshore trusts and BVI companies. It is worth noting that the rules for offshore companies owning UK residential and commercial properties have recently changed so it may be a good idea to speak to us about how to best restructure your holdings so that you do not pay substantial costs abroad.
